We are recruiting for the position of Sales Executive for a leading manufacturing and trading company in the construction industry.

We are searching for high-energy Sales Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting business partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Sales Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Sales Executive will also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotes. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.
The Sales executive will also be responsible for monitoring personally offshore outlets, Operational transactions including Custom Clearance of Purchases, Maintenance of Inventory, Sales to Customers, Entries into System, Banking transactions, Staff maintenance and reporting to management.
They will also be expected to be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Responsibilities
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients;
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Will be responsible for all offshore locations shops sales
- Inventory Records, Physical Verification and reconciliation
- Monitor the Sales process, Promotional Schemes, staff dealing with customers
- Regular MIS being sent from Shop to Head office
- Check System records with physical
- Checking any non-budgeted overheads
- Ensure timely collection from customers and deposit with HO Bank A/c
- Comply with company policies and regulations
- Travel to offshore locations on continuous basis.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- At least three (3) years of industry sales experience.
- Experience & Knowledge in Retail & wholesale industry.
- Strategic leadership ability
- Hands-on experience with ERP software like Retail pro.
- Word, Power Point, Advanced MS Excel skills including V look ups and pivot tables
- Experience with Stores & Warehouses
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Additional certification is a plus
- Language – Local, English
- Working knowledge of French will be an added advantage.
