Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. One who will provide administrative support, be a liaison between the organization and its clients and will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Executive Director’s internal and external communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the company and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments for Executive Director
  • Keeping a log of each day’s employee attendance (attendance register), notify immediate supervisors, within the shortest possible time, regarding staff absences/delays.
  • Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate members of staff.
  • Take meeting minutes when required and keep the reception area neat and pleasant
  • Respond to Public enquiries and serve as hostess for individuals visiting the office
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Ensures that there is adequate supply of stationery, refreshments, sanitary and cleaning materials and all other logistical requirements
  • Generally, provides administrative support to all staff.
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the superiors from time to time.
